Visitors to this website
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. It is served through Cloudflare, whose edge infrastructure processes IP addresses transiently for security and delivery.
The enquiry form
If you submit the form we process your name, email address, and optionally your business name and the message you write, in order to respond to your enquiry about Launchpad and discuss a possible engagement.
- Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)).
- What happens to it: the submission is stored on our server in the European Union and generates a private notification to the operator. It is not added to any marketing list and is never sold or shared for marketing. We will email you only about your enquiry and Launchpad; any further marketing would require your consent.
- Retention: until your enquiry is resolved and, at most, 24 months from last contact, unless you become a customer (in which case the engagement's own terms apply).
Recipients and transfers
Data stays on EU infrastructure. Two service providers are involved in delivery: Cloudflare (website delivery and security; transient processing at the edge, with EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses safeguards for any non-EEA processing) and Telegram (transport of the private enquiry notification to the operator). No other recipients; no data is used to train AI models.
Customer engagements
If we build a website for you, the material you provide (your brief, brand assets, business facts) is used solely to deliver your website. Data-protection commitments for engagements — including any personal data appearing in site content — are set out in the written terms agreed before work begins.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within one month. You may also complain to the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
